Why did Sen. Biden refer to Sen. Obama as ‘Barack America’ ?

And then when it was Biden’s turn to speak, the Delaware senator called the presumptive Democratic nominee “Barack America” instead of Barack Obama.

It is always that way, talk passionately, stick foot in mouth.I’ve done it too, and it is hard to recover a faux pas.I would have no problem with a man of a different race becoming president if he represented all americans, but I don’t think an Illinois first term, never did a thing for the state, senator is the man.His own state doesn’t know who he is.
