Update on the lawsuit filed today barring Obama from campaigning further: the lawsuit lists the following defendants:

Federal Election Commission
The court will hold an emergency session tomorrow morning to determine whether there will be a temporary injunction issued preventing Obama from continuing his bid.
UPDATE #2: According to a Linda Starr, Texas delegate, a request has been filed for a temporary restraining order to “prevent Obama from running for President and preventing the DNC from naming him a candidate.
Not to mention that the reason this came about was the fact that he produced his sisters birth certificate as his own – That the investigation has proved it to be hers and that he has committed a fraud against our Country. He is not an American Citizen as he proclaimed. He was not born in HI. as he claims but in Indonesia. He was in fact brought up Muslim and he repeatedly lies about that. His foreign school records prove this. He has associated with Terrorists from the 60′s. Was backed by Marxists. What more do the real American Patriots and Citizens of this country need to stop this fraud from running for President
